Privacy policy
Welcome to cywinskiweb.com
Effective 13 September 2026. This policy explains what data we collect on cywinskiweb.com, why, and what you can do about it.
Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Jakub Cywiński Cywinskiweb, ul. Cyfrowa 6, 71-441 Szczecin, Poland, VAT ID (NIP) 9552575513, REGON 526591198.
For anything related to your data, write to: cywinskiweb@gmail.com.
What we collect and why
Contact form
When you write to us through the form, we process: your name, email address, subject and message, and, if you provide it, your phone number.
- Purpose: answering your message and preparing the offer you ask about.
- Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and for anything you share beyond that minimum our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Phone: the field is optional. If you leave a number, we treat it as consent to a phone call about the offer (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw that consent at any time, a single email is enough.
- Retention: we keep correspondence while your case is open and then for up to 12 months in case of follow-up questions. If we start working together, data is kept for the duration of the contract and any statutory periods (for example tax law).
Providing data is voluntary, but without a name, an email address and a message we cannot reply.
Analytics (Microsoft Clarity)
With your consent, given in the cookie banner, we use Microsoft Clarity for anonymous statistics and interaction maps: what gets clicked, how far people scroll, where the page is unclear. They help us improve the site.
- Legal basis: your consent (art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Without it, Clarity does not load at all.
- Withdrawing consent: at any time, with the button at the bottom of this page. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
Cookies and browser storage
The site itself sets no cookies. We use the browser's local storage for two things:
cyw-cookie-consent: remembers your decision from the cookie banner (accept or reject).cw-dev-notice-dismissed: remembers that you closed the site-maintenance notice.
Only after your consent does Microsoft Clarity set its own cookies (including _clck and _clsk), used to tell sessions apart. Details are in Microsoft's privacy policy.
Who we share data with
We use services that process data on our behalf or as independent controllers:
- Hostinger (EU, Lithuania): the server the site and the form handler run on.
- Resend Inc. (USA): technical delivery of form notifications to our inbox. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
- Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (EU/USA): Microsoft Clarity, only after your consent; transfers safeguarded as above.
- Google Ireland Ltd. (EU/USA): our Gmail inbox, where form messages arrive.
We do not sell data and we do not pass it to anyone for marketing.
Your rights
You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise your rights, write to cywinskiweb@gmail.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (uodo.gov.pl).
Changes to this policy
When the scope of processing changes (for example a new tool), we will update this document and the date at the top.
